Our Quality Assurance department runs an approved quality system, ensuring comprehensive internal audits and regular inspections of the Flight Operations & Maintenance departments as well as on-site inspections of our bases & line station maintenance facilities are undertaken.
Both the SACAA as well as our clients regularly carry out audits of our operations based on their individual requirements. We are audited against HART & OGP standards & encourage prospective clients to arrange audits from one of the internationally recognized aviation audit providers.
Sahara provides all flight crew, engineers, maintenance planners and flight operations staff with on-going training on the aircraft, human factors & resource management as well as in procedures and legislation.
A cloud-based integrated Flight & Duty & Safety Management System allows us to communicate effectively no matter where the crew are based. We use the system to track our crew’s currency, & FDP levels as well as identify and report hazards & incidents when they occur. This information is closely monitored and assists the management team in making informed decisions to improve our overall safety.
